ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Lily Sepha.

I spent many years designing, creating, renovating, and caring for gardens in WA and TX, and then chose to train as a trauma therapist at the most compassionate, embodied school I could find. This led me to the mountainous land of Boulder, CO, where I studied mindfulness-based transpersonal counseling at Naropa University.

I love nature, which includes the beautiful, luminous, unique constellation that is each of us.

I believe that American culture does not generally nourish the fullness of who we are and can be, and that therapy can be a place to experience attuned relationship, to connect with innate gifts, desires, clarity, and beauty, to reconnect to our bodies' instincts and wisdom, and to digest and let go of harmful internalized results of interpersonal, systemic, and generational trauma.

I have experienced both transformative and unhelpful therapy for my own life experiences with chronic pain, anxiety, and trauma, and I bring the collective learning of positive and negative therapeutic encounters to meet my clients with dignity, kindness, respect, and deep training in trauma-informed, culturally humble ways of working.

I find great beauty in humans and our connection with life.
